A new concept in family camping

Pine Lake Campground in Bayfield Ontario is a member owned, not for profit campground operated entirely by the members.

When you purchase a trailer at Pine Lake, you are also purchasing a membership certificate and are immediately enrolled as a member of the corporation.

No more lease! We have annual dues, but the dues are used to operate, maintain and improve the entire park - it's an investment in your own asset!

Become a Member

You pay one sum of money to become a Member at Pine Lake to acquire your campsite. You own everything on your campsite; the corporation owns all the land.

Permanent Campsites are fully serviced with:

• Metered electricity
• Year round water
• Sewers
• Telephones and Cable TV are available
• Natural gas or propane are available

You receive a Membership Certificate, Rules & Regulations & Bylaws of the Corporation, when you purchase a Membership.

Entry to the Park is by key card for Members. Others register through the office.

Visit us soon... look around the park...then purchase a membership, or rent one of our overnight campsites to see if you like the park...we are sure you will become another satisfied camper.

Operating Costs

Each year a budget is prepared by the board of directors, and presented to the general membership in October for approval. Annual dues are paid by every member - and the amounts are based on the anticipated cost of operating the campground for the coming year.

As a member you have access to all of the wonderful amenities the park has to offer. Membership has it's rights and privileges as well as responsibilities.
